IMPORTANT: Please read the guidelines below before reserving or purchasing any item from Dash.

For On-line Customers

1. The product will be reserved under the client's name for five (5) days upon order confirmation, or until no one else has reserved it.

2. Clients can pay through the following ways:

Globe GCash - for Globe users
BPI Express Online - local bank transfer
Paypal - international credit card payment
Xoom - international credit card payment
Western Union

Account details will be received along with your order confirmation.

3. Delivery is FREE within the Philippines. Expect your order to arrive 2-5 working days after payment has been made. For international shipping, an additional delivery fee will be charged and expect your product to arrive within 5-7 working days.

Exchange Policy

1. Unhappy about your purchase? You can exchange or refund products provided that they are damaged or do not fit. Returns may be shipped back to STOIC Cubao Expo (previously Marikina Shoe Expo) Araneta Center, Gen. Romulo Ave., Cubao Quezon City.

2. For the shipping of products in return of damaged ones, delivery is still free of charge. For the shipping of products in return of items that do not fit, clients will have to add an additional charge for the shipping.

3. Exchanges/refunds will only be accepted within 5 (five) days after the product has been received.
